By the hand of four great artists - Ana Moura, Carlos do Carmo, and Cuca Carminho Rosetta - the fate of Lisbon will come out and visit Lagos, the first Fado Festival in Portimão, scheduled for 9 and 10 of December at Portimão Arena.
